Syrian diplomatic sources Suggested to «Aljoumhouria newspaper» that these negotiations, might be held ahead of the holidays, due to the American desire to have benefit from the presidency of the Security Council for this month.

And this Syrian suggestion intersects with sources' linked to Russian diplomacy vision which sees that the transfer of the Vienna negotiations to New York, is an US attempt to seize the presidency of the Security Council, in an attempt to achieve political achievement of the gate of the Security Council to get it back to the front of the Syrian scene after Russia seized absolute preference in the Syrian crisis, and proved that it is the only seriousness country in the fight against terrorism and the fight against «Daash» on the Syrian territory, and by that it topped to the military front in Syria along with effective and present diplomacy in the finest details.
